The Mohegan Pequot Model Railroad Club is a modular model railroad club that is based out of southeastern Connecticut. Meetings are typically held every second and fourth Sunday of each month at the Bill Library in Ledyard, CT. The club’s modular layouts can be viewed at various times throughout the year at train shows throughout southern New England including the Amherst Model Railway Society’s BIG Railroad Hobby Show every February at the Big E in West Springfield, MA. The club members also participate in many other activities besides participating in train shows. Club members also lead and work on club projects, take club trips, and have club picnics. Modular Layouts

Club Projects
To keep club members involved, the club will occasionally undertake a project to build a module. The club has built several including a sawmill module, read more.

Club Activities
The club holds monthly business meetings and weekly work sessions. The club displays its modular layouts around southern New England at various events throughout the year. In addition, the club also takes an annual railfanning trip typically in the summer and holds a club picnic for club members and family in the early fall.
