Ledyard, CT – After a spirited discussion, a new club module project – Poquetanuck Yard – has been approved by the club membership. The module will be 12 feet long, consisting of two six foot module sections, and feature a scene along the Thames River in Preston, CT by Poquetanuck Cove. This location is also signifigant to the club as it is located near the Mohegan Pequot Bridge which carries Route 2A over the Thames River. This bridge was the inspiration for the name of the club and a small portion of the bridge will be modeled over the right end of the module set. The module will be constructed over the next several months and make its debut in the fall.
